MegTuite2012 I’m very happy to have David Tomaloff as the featured writer for this poetry month of April. This is a kick-ass issue of exciting writers and interviewing Tomaloff is like pretending I know how to pop a wheelie on my motorcycle. It’s beyond exhilarating, but I know I’m going down at some point. You know, down that crazy rabbit hole like Alice in Wonderland? It helps that I live on Crazy Rabbit Road. I hope you enjoy this issue as much as I have. Thank you to all the exquisite talent in this issue of Connotation Press! You all rock it!

David Tomaloff is our featured fiction writer for the mid-April issue. Has to be the greatest time I’ve had in an interview and check out his five brilliant prose pieces, “A Dry Well, A Darkening, Or Worse,” “On the Containment of Common Household Fires,” “The Falling Man,” “I Sing the Company Electric,” and “The Ghost Pill.” Tomaloff never disappoints. DAMN GREAT!

Laura Blauner is another master of poetic prose with her four flash, “The Shape of Things to Come,” “A Sense of Dread,” “Amending Mingling Among Unintentional Aliens,” and “Teenaged, Musically Archived.” Can we talk great titles from David Tomaloff and Laura Blauner, as well! These are exceptional!

Ken McPherson delivers two humorous and memorable flash stories, “Give and Take,” and “Naughty and Nice.” LOVE these!

Lee Ware gives us two beauties, “Pigeons,” and “At the Bottom, You Will Find it.” Unforgettable!

Martin Fulmer blasts us with three mesmerizing flash stories, “Pimp My Church,” “The Talk,” and “Veils.” Killer!

Genevieve Shifke delves into addiction and relationships with her two excellent stories, “Buzz,” and “Spill.”

This issue is not to be missed. What an amazing group of writers assembled here. Read them all when you get a chance and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
