Carolyn Ellen Hogan grew up in Sevierville, Tennessee, where she learned to hate tourists and love back roads.
In May, 2011, she will graduate with a B.A. in English from Middle Tennessee State University with aspirations to ultimately become a college professor. When Carolyn isn’t reading, writing or studying, she can be found playing her flute, twirling fire batons or eating too much Italian food.
