Grits

Oh joy unbounded.
White hominy. Heavenly choir.
Rejoice with butter.
Salt, the breakfasted Assumption.
Glory to the yolk.
Biscuited in submission,
sanctified are we.
Eternal caffeination,
thine is the morning.
Lead us not into cold cereal,
but deliver us from hangover.
For ever and ever.
Bacon.
