Theodore D. Obourn has been writing fiction for about 15 years. In that time, he has published two short stories
(in “Natural Bridge” and “Whetstone”), a situation he chooses to laugh about rather than cry over. He once earned a Ph.D. in literature (Rochester) and then worked for about 15 years as a public relations writer learning to remove from his prose all the words the academy had taught him to put in, an ongoing process that may lead eventually to his stories disappearing altogether.
